About the role
Every Kova program starts with a physiotherapist choosing exercises, doses and progressions. The clinical platform turns that plan into sessions on a patient’s phone, and sends results back to the clinician. You will join the five engineers who own it.
What you will do
- Design and build Kotlin services on PostgreSQL and Google Cloud.
- Work on our FHIR integration with insurer and clinic systems.
- Keep patient data safe: you will help us pass our next ISO 27001 audit.
- Share on-call for the platform, one week in five.
What you will bring
- Five or more years building backend systems, ideally in health, finance or another regulated field.
- Experience with relational data modelling and API design.
- Care for the people on the other side of the data.
Pay and benefits
Two office days a week in Kreuzberg. 30 days of leave, a public transport ticket, a yearly learning budget of 1,500 EUR, and a company pension contribution.
