About the role
Spend six months on the firmware team, writing and testing embedded C for the force and seam sensors inside Ferro welding cells. You will have one mentor, one real project, and a demo to the whole company at the end.
What you will do
- Write and test firmware for a sensor board, from driver code to calibration routines.
- Build a hardware-in-the-loop test for your module.
- Present your work at the end of the internship.
What you will bring
- Currently studying electrical engineering, computer engineering or a related field.
- Some embedded C experience, from coursework or your own projects.
- Enrolled at a university during the internship, as German law requires for this contract.
Pay and benefits
Paid monthly as listed. Start dates in January or April. Lunch in our canteen is covered.
