About the role
At Pendle & Ash, the designer who starts a project finishes it. You will run two or three client projects at a time, present your own work, and stand next to the printer when the first sheets come off the press.
What you will do
- Lead identity and packaging projects for clients such as independent breweries, bakeries and outdoor gear makers.
- Develop type, colour and illustration systems that hold up across labels, shelves and screens.
- Prepare production-ready artwork and work directly with printers and packaging suppliers.
What you will bring
- Four or more years in a studio or in-house brand team, with a portfolio of shipped packaging.
- Strong typography and a working knowledge of print processes and finishes.
- Confidence presenting to founders and marketing teams.
Pay and benefits
Studio days are Tuesday to Thursday in Hackney. 28 days of leave plus bank holidays, a yearly print and books budget, and a four-day week in August.
