About the role
Insurers pay for Kova because patients recover. You will build the reports that show whether they do: completion rates, pain scores, return-to-work times. You will work with our clinical and product teams and report to the head of data.
What you will do
- Model outcome data in dbt and SQL, with tests.
- Build the quarterly outcome reports we share with insurers.
- Answer product questions with data, and explain your uncertainty plainly.
What you will bring
- One or two years working with SQL and Python, or a strong degree in statistics or a related field.
- Care with small samples and messy clinical data.
- Clear written English.
Pay and benefits
Two office days a week in Kreuzberg. 30 days of leave, a public transport ticket, and a company pension contribution.
